Family Constellations Workshop is a form of group therapy. We will work with so called Family Field or the Ancestral Field. We will work by connecting to the Filed and by deeply listening, acknowledging what is and, moving from there, using gentle movements and/or words to lead the Constellation towards Resolution.

There are 3 main movements that we will be exploring: 1. Orders of Love, 2. Big- Little Dynamic, 3. Interrupted Reaching Out.

The maximum number of participants will be no larger than 12 people. Participants will be divided into two categories: People who wish to have their own Constellation set up on the day and those who wish to participate as Representatives in other people’s Constellations, observe and experience workings of the Field.

It is worth noting that people from both categories will benefit from participating in the Workshop. A great deal of wisdom and insite into one’s own life can be gained from representing for other people.

Confidentiality and integrity are at the core of this practice.

The day will start at 10:00 AM and finish at 5:30.

We will break for lunch. There’s plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and convenient stores nearby. You are welcome to eat out or bring your own packed lunch and eat in the premises. There’s tea and coffee facility and places to sit for the break.
